Refund Policy:
- Due to the time and effort involved in creating each product, we do not offer refunds on orders.
- Except in cases of fulfilment errors, such as items that are incorrectly shipped or missing. In such cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within one week of the refund request.
- Please note that items purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Namuna reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
